1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of boldandageless.com, any associated subdomains, any platforms we use to host or deliver our courses, products, or content, and any products, services, or content you access or purchase from us. They are owned and operated by Bold and Ageless LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company founded by Oyinkan Akinmade, including content published under the Bold Professionals name.
By using our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our products.
2. Our Products and Services
Bold and Ageless LLC provides leadership development products and services, including but not limited to online courses and programs, assessments and reports (such as the ILDP), books and publications, digital tools, downloadable resources, educational content, and keynotes, presentations, workshops, and consulting.
Keynotes, presentations, workshops, and consulting engagements are additionally governed by the specific proposal, invoice, or agreement issued for that engagement. Where those terms differ from these Terms, the engagement-specific terms apply.
3. Accounts and Access
Some products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person only and may not be shared under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that provide false information, share access, or threaten the security of our website or integrated platforms.
4. Purchases and Payment
Prices are shown clearly at checkout and are charged in US dollars. Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers, whose terms also apply to the transaction.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on each scheduled date until the plan is complete. If a payment fails, access to your courses or portal content may be paused until the balance is made current.
If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us first. We are committed to working with you directly to resolve billing inquiries.
5. Refund Policy
Because our digital products are delivered immediately or grant immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final and are not eligible for a refund once access has been provided.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days. By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access, you agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access has been provided.
If you are charged in error, charged twice, or cannot access a product because of a technical problem on our side, contact us at [email protected] and we will correct it.
Refund and cancellation terms for keynotes, presentations, workshops, and consulting are set out in the proposal, invoice, or agreement for that specific engagement.
6. Intellectual Property and Usage Limits
All content on our website and within our products, publications, assessments, and presentations belongs exclusively to Bold and Ageless LLC. This includes but is not limited to text, videos, workbooks, assessments, reports, books, slides, graphics, and our frameworks, models, and methodologies.
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own leadership development. You agree that you may not:
- Copy, share, sell, lease, or distribute our materials to any third party.
- Share your account credentials or give others unauthorized access to paid content.
- Use our materials, frameworks, or models to train, coach, or teach others.
- Record, screenshot, or reproduce our live presentations or workshops without written permission.
- Create derivative products, programs, or materials based on our content.

7. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully. You may not use bots, scrapers, indexers, spiders, or other automated tools to access or copy our website or content, attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation, or use our communication forms to send spam or harmful material.
8. Educational Purposes Only
Our content, products, assessments, and presentations are for educational and leadership development purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or employment advice.
Our assessments are developmental tools. They are not psychological, clinical, or diagnostic evaluations, and their results reflect your own responses at the time you complete them.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and choices. We do not guarantee any particular professional outcome, including promotions, career advancement, or specific changes in how others perceive your leadership.
Testimonials displayed on our pages reflect the individual experiences of specific people. They are not guarantees and may not represent typical results for every student or client.
10. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers for course hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and form management. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or service interruptions.
11. Privacy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bold and Ageless LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bold and Ageless LLC and its owner from any third-party claims, losses, or costs arising directly from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website, products, or content.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to our website or products if you violate these Terms, including by sharing access credentials or misusing our content. Access to fixed-term programs ends automatically at the end of the specified program period.
16. Resolving Disputes and Arbitration
If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue the matter through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.
Arbitration shall be held in Gwinnett County, Georgia, or conducted virtually by mutual agreement. Either party may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court if it meets jurisdictional requirements.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws of the country where you live.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or products after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
